Job Description

£22,141 to £25,860 per annum pro rataNorwich or March36 hours per week6 month FTC / SecondmentWere looking for exceptional people to join our team as a Regional Housing Administrator on a 6 month secondment or FTC.Based at our office in Norwich or March, youll be responsible for delivering a highly customer-focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Housing Teams.Youll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, and action gas safety processes, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. Well look to you to maintain garage tenancy records, process lettingsand terminations maximising income collection and liaising with colleagues on inspections.Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, recording and processing estate inspections and zoning information
  • Assisting in arrangements for local community and resident involvement meetings and events
  • Producing routine letters, reports and other documents from standard templates
Youll already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
