Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our ever-growing Industrial Team in Norwich.This is an entry level role, which requires no recruitment experience but you’ll get ahead with a driven and hungry attitude. You’ll be able to learn from experienced Recruitment Professionals that can help coach you alongside your team of Recruiters.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using a range of techniques to source candidates
  • Maintain contact with candidates to discuss potential opportunities over the phone and face to face.
  • Updating and communicating via social media platforms
  • Working on the internal CRM to keep data clean
  • Candidate Registration
  • Compliance and Admin
