We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for dynamic recruitment agency based in Norwich, working in the exciting luxury maritime industry. Once lock down eases, we will be working from our office in the centre of town in the lovely Cathedral grounds of Norwich.Base salary £22-30k DOE + competitive commission structure + yearly bonus. Performance is rewarded and a clear career path is set with structured targets to progress within the company, which can be fast-tracked based on commitment and abilty.You will be trained into all aspects of the agency and how it works, initially working as a resourcer to source suitable candidates, schedule interviews and build relationships with the candidate pool. Once confident, we will provide the Recruitment Consultant with clients that they will work with directly and sales targets will be then be in place.Join a social working culture and a work in a very unique and exciting luxury industry. Our clients and candidates are global, which means we are required to travel at times to locations in Europe for events and networking opportunities which can be a great perk to the job - you may even get the chance to step foot on a superyacht.We are looking for a confident candidate who has excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work under pressure and hit sales targets.Candidates will have 1 years experience in Recruitment or a target-driven sales role.Hours: Monday-Friday (optional: work from home Wednesdays).
