Job Description

R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for a temporary Recruitment Administrator. Initially joining the recruitment team, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional administrative support, with a core focus on drafting, sending and filing documentation.Based in Norwich, this is a full time, temporary position working 37.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent. The offered salary for this opportunity is £22,500 per annum.The day to day

  • Formatting CVs in line with company standard.
  • Drafting and sending contracts and offer letters.
  • Sending e-shots and collating data.
  • Liaising with candidates to ensure placements run smoothly & start on time.
  • Accurately entering and updating data.
  • Filling and uploading documentation.
  • Generating and chasing reports.
  • Requesting references.
You will have/be
  • Previous experience in an administrative position.
  • Competent in using a PC and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well organised, proactive, and illustrate high levels of accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills with a confident verbal manner and excellent written ability.
  • A real team player.
