Hales Group are seeking a Recovery Co-ordinator. This is a 6 month placement opportunity, working 30 hours per week. The role will be based in Norwich however please note, this role can also include remote working, £22,183-£26,511 per annum.v Are you passionate about supporting clients to recover from domestic abusev Are you committed to multi agency and integrated workingv Are you motivated about delivering accessible services, which incorporate strengths based approaches and actively involve clients both in their support and the development of the serviceIf yes, then this may be the role for you!We are looking for an experienced practitioner to lead our work supporting adult victims and survivors to recover from domestic abuse. The role includes delivering group programs alongside recruiting and training peer mentors to support victims and survivors.The Recovery Co-ordinator role also leads our co-production and authentic voice work.With experience supporting people impacted by domestic abuse in a group setting and experience involving volunteers in a service, you will be passionate and proactive.
