Job Description

REED are working with a successful organisation based in Norwich city centre who are passionate about delivering the best service levels to their clients, recruiting for the position of Receptionist / Telephonist to join their team on a Permanent basis.This is a full time role working Monday to Friday office hours.You will be responsible for:

  • To answer the telephone and direct calls to the appropriate member of staff.
  • To greet clients coming in to the office, ascertain the purpose of their visit and ensure that their needs are met,
  • Monitor and record movements of all staff.
  • Make appointments for clients and ensure that our central diary is kept updated.
  • Keep Solicitors and Caseworkers informed about appointments and other commitments.
  • To conduct the organisations business in a professional and courteous manner in keeping with our standards for client care.
  • To undertake any specific training when required to do so.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all Company and client documentation and information.
  • To promote the Company when and where possible.
  • To maintain professional standards at all times
