Our client is seeking a full-time receptionist with an immediate start date to join their Dereham Office Reception.The Role: Answering telephone calls in a timely and professional manner Screening and directing calls in a timely and professional manner Provide information to callers Taking new client enquiries over the telephone and in person and ensuring that new instructions are allocated equally between fee earners Greet Clients and Contacts entering the organisation Deal with queries effectively from the Clients and third-party contacts Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of building Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Provide general administrative and clerical support as required Prepare correspondence and documents as and when required Organise conference and meeting room bookings Tidy and maintain the reception area Opening and sorting of post Maintain weekly absence record for the HR team Photocopying/scanning as and when required Meeting and greeting clients and taking ID docs etc as and when requiredInterestedThis is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm offering attractive salary and excellent company benefits.To apply call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
