Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to work with one of our Health care clients in Norwich.The role will involve working a 4 day week, plus 1-2 Saturdays per month.Working hours are 7:30am-5:30pm.£10.26 per hour.To apply for this role, you must have a valid DBS check.Role and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally.
  • Register new patients, scan documents onto a medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information.
  • Make appointments for patients, applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail.
  • Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic.
  • Various administration tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer care to all patients.
