Were looking for a talented Quality Inspector to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of quality inspection of wiring looms - for either automotive & off highway or aerospace.If thats you then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.----The Role:As the Quality Inspector youll report to the Manager and will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of everything produced meets the highest standards.In the job youll be tasked with inspecting a variety of parts and keeping all necessary records - including both visual and computer tested.----The Candidate:The ideal candidate for this Quality Inspector role will have relevant experience of quality inspection of wiring looms for either the automotive or aerospace sectorIts vital that youve got experience of quality record keeping and are prepared to adapt to ever changing technologies and methodologies.In addition, youll need the following:- A suitable background within safety critical engineering (degree/ HNC / apprentice or similar)- A proven track record in quality inspection- A keen eye for detail and great people skillsYoull also need to be career minded as progression is a real possibility for the right person.Does that sound like you If so, wed love to see your CV.This position could be right for you if you want to work as any of the following: Metrology Engineer, CMM Technician, Quality Technician, Quality Inspector or as a Quality Engineer.----The Package:Basic salary: circa £30kOvertime: Youll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role----The Company:The business youll be working for is a leading automotive loom / harness manufacturer.Theyre a great company to work for.
