Acorn Park is a multi-site with a DfE registered specialist school for children and young people with Autism and related disabilities or difficulties. Also within the grounds are 8 individualchildrens homes. Each home holds its own speciality ranging from support non-verbal children all the way through to high functioning young people who are learning independence for adult life. The Quadrant is 6 semi-independent flats for children and youngpeople who are ready to begin their journey to adulthood with support from the dedicated team to learn life skills and about life in the community.This home within commuting distance from Norwich, Attleborough, Thetford and surrounds.Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiencesfor those we look after and for everyone in our team!Our next Qualified Care Worker will be someone who has:

  • Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma - Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a residential setting
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents lives.
  • Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness.
  • Become the go to person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs.
  • Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Childrens Residential Care.
