Have a better work/life balance and come and work for Outcomes First Group!Job Title: Psychotherapist/PsychologistLocation: Acorn Park School, NorwichSalary: £35,392- 43,742 pro rata(dependent on experience)Hours:37.5 hours per week, (would be open to Part time 3-4 days)Contract: Permanent, 52 weeksAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist/Psychologist to join our Clinical Team, working as a key integrated member of our clinical and education team at Acorn Park School based in the Norwich. In this exciting role, you will work collaborativelyto deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines,carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical serviceprovision for the school include providing support and training to staff and parents.Our well-established multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintain a nurturing and loving environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.   • Relevant qualification in Psychotherapy/Psychology
  • Registered with BACP or equivalent
  • Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
  • Experience of working with children and young people with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma, neurodevelopmental differences, mental health needs)
  • Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision
  • Experience of multi-professional work teams or services within designated specialty
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
