Here is what youll be up to on a daily basis...
  • Assist in general tendering administrative duties.
  • Help to maintain and develop procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems.
  • To maintain a consistent order input level in accordance with agreed order input budget.
  • To assist in the generation of initial enquiries from potential clients.
  • To liaise and discuss with the potential client in preparation of any enquiry documents and the assessment of various technical solutions to the enquiry.
  • To approach potential clients after the presentation of tenders and enter whatever negotiations are necessary to secure acceptable orders, in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • To advise, via the Companys standard procedures, all departments of orders received.
  • To liaise with all interested departments on receipt of order and attend hand over meetings.
  • To maintain a close working relationship with all other departments to establish a positive feedback on all contracts to ensure technical patterns are used for future reference.
And some skills you will have...
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Experience working and interfacing directly with customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint and MSOutlook.
