REED are working with a fantastic organisation in Norwich, recruiting for the position of Property Management Coordinator to join the team on a permanent full time basis.Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.Responsibilities Maintain relationships with the property team, tenants, contractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and teams in the organisation Assist with the coordination of repair &maintenance issues, along withplanning and coordination of projects inc.environmental improvements Assistwith the sale & purchase of properties within the portfolio. Support with data collation, analysis &reporting of property information Maintaining housing stock Assist the Surveyor to undertake Pre & Post occupation inspections, arranging all agreed works within deadlines, obtaining competitive quotes as req. Inspecting properties to establish issues organising remedial work Provide support to the Property Dept.,assist in producing agendas and supporting papers for meetings Update the Property Services Dept. database, ensure all property and personal details of occupiers are up to date. Assistwith out of hours contact system for reporting of emergency housing repairs. Answering the telephone and handling emails from occupiers re property matters and day to day enquiries, assist withadministration including maintaining the approved contractors list and service contracts. Support with generating works orders and issue to contractors for works required Process works invoices including validation and maintain cash flow procedures Prepare and issue outstanding works reports Ensure the register of statutory requirements is maintained (Asbestos Register / Tree Surveys / Electrical / Gas Test Certificates. Etc). For the handover process, meet occupiers at the property with a view to demonstrate the house prior to their occupation.Requirements Existing experience within a similar role, or a relevant degree Excellent IT skills, using Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including a helpful and professional telephone manner Strong interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Experience of using Property Management databases Ability to work with budgets Able to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines Calm under pressure and able to problem solve Self-motivated and enthusiastic Organised and methodical with ability to manage a igh volume workload and work on own initiativeDesirable:Understanding of legal aspects of Tenancy issues, Land Registry and related issuesPackage Salary £23,000 - £28,000 - negotiable dependant on experience 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays -increasing with length of service Enhanced pension scheme Healthcare scheme Enhanced family policies Sick pay scheme Free parking Support towards qualificationsand more!Please apply online with your updated CV if youre interested in this great opportunity.Property Management | Property Manager | Surveyor | Surveying | Building | Maintenance |
