REED are working with a very highly successful business based in Cringleford who have an exciting opportunity for a PropertyAdministrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.The business is constantly growing, with offices in Norwich, Ipswich, Kings Lynn and Peterborough.Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit a full time Property Administrator to be based in their Norwich office, providing support to the 4 offices.The normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch each day.Job Description Carrying out administration duties for the team Handling telephone and email enquiries from the public, clients, customers and suppliers as well as greeting visitors to the office Maintaining and updating the auction database Preparing appropriate documentation including draft details, letters, invoices and Memorandums of Sale Registering potential purchasers to bid by internet, telephone or proxy Contacting successful purchasers to take payment of the deposit monies and fees Updating the website and property portals as required Creating and updating marketing material including the Auction House Magazine Carrying out and monitoring anti-money laundering checks to ensure compliance Any other appropriate duties as may be assigned from time to timePerson Specification Experience of working in a customer-facing environment preferably within the property industry Confident in dealing with clients and members of the public by email, telephone and face to face Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly Evidence of being pro-active and thinking on their feet Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and ExcelQualifications5 GCSE Good passes including English Language and MathsSalary£20,000 - £23,000 (dependant on experience)20 days per year plus 8 statutory bank holidaysFree ParkingPension SchemeFriendly team environmentDont miss out on the amazing opportunity!Please apply by clicking "apply" below, or email
