Job Description

Archant Technology is responsible for providing IT support to Archant’s employees throughout the Group.We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our small team supporting live projects within our business functions such as Content, Commercial, Reporting and our in-house Design teams. You will be responsible for the hybrid of; testing, developing and refining processes, document templates and management tools.The role:

  • Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will develop relationships that ensure solutions, plans and deployments are in support of real business need
  • You’ll produce clear and seamless test cases and test scripts, based on requirements and supplementary documentation.
  • You’ll be ahead of the schedule, understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical needs, plans and schedules that support the business
  • System-minded, you will be up to date with test data requirements, specifying them for applications and loading the data into relevant systems
  • Being a great communicator, youll keep the department and the wider business up to speed, ensuring development requirements are understood
    • Your skills
  • Experience of using defect management tools
  • Proficient understanding of both waterfall and agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge and experience of the software development cycle

  • Full time permanent role
  • Based in Norwich city centre, opportunity for agile working
  • Salary up to £22,000 - £26,000 with full development plan
