Job Description

Thats why a core value is Everyone goes home safe.We are seeking a Project Manager to assume responsibility for:

  • Manage projects from concept stage through to completion and handover.
  • Liaise with the client and operations team on all project work.
  • Undertake site / project surveys and develop detailed work specifications.
  • Support the commercial team during the tendering process.
  • Undertake regular inspections and monitor works in line with CDM 2015 and GFSL policies.
  • Manage contractors and escort resources to deliver site works.
  • Manage the design process and ensure the necessary designs are in place.
You must be able to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery (Essential).
  • Experienced in managing low value, high volume minor works projects.
  • Development of works specifications.
  • Knowledge of minor work projects covering a diverse range of services including mechanical, LV & HV electrical, groundworks and civil, building fabric, fire and security.
  • Considerable knowledge of the built environment.
  • Considerable knowledge of change management - influence and directing to facilitate performance improvement.
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation including Health and Safety (including CDM) building regulations, planning and building standards.
  • Track record of success in supporting a similar contract and providing support to a professional function.
