Role: Project Manager, Location: Norwich Salary: £30-43k My client is looking for a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join its expanding team in its Norwich-based office. This client has been helping businesses to boost their online potential for 15 years. It offers a wide range of services including web design, marketing, print, development, and retail consultation.About the RoleThis role is suitable for someone who has experience working within a digital agency, with a strong understanding of the different stages required for the successful delivery of a digital project. You should be highly organised, able to work under pressureto tight deadlines, and have experience in dealing with various levels of management. The successful Candidate will be working alongside the internal sales and development team throughout the whole process. Once a project has been sold, and the sales team carried out a handover meeting, the Project Manager will be tasked to gather additionalinformation required for the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities:Working alongside development teams to understand proposed solutionsGathering all the information, assets, or access to the systems Liaising with the internal tea.Overseeing the development and delivery of all aspects of the project Updating the customer and the sales team with any potential delays within the project timelinesWorking alongside key stakeholders to plan future developments Skills and Experience:Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous working experience as a Digital Project Manager / Digital Account Manager within retail, CRM or customer insight environment, but most importantly with project management experience.Experience of managing scheduling and resource dependencies, Exposure to CRM delivering customer insights is key, alongside knowledge of Agile processes and principles being advantageous (but not essential)Experience of backlog management tools is ideally required to beIf this role is of interest, please submit your application Today!
