Job Description

Rthirteen are currently supporting in the recruitment of a Project Administrator for a building design and architectural firm based in Norwich. Your sound administrative skills will enable you to deliver integral support to the administrative skills, including quality checks, reporting and handling documentation.This is a full time, permanent position working flexible hours, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.The day to day

  • Providing administrative support for the teams day-to-day operations.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with the companys quality management system, including standards for quality, health and safety, and environmental aspects.
  • Reporting progress on document status and maintaining KPIs.
  • Handling document logistics such as setting up, copying, scanning, and storing, including the creation of templates.
  • Controlling the modification, distribution, and issuance of documentation throughout its lifecycle.
You will have/be
  • Strong administrative/project experience, including document control.
  • A background in construction is desired, but not essential.
  • IT proficiency with working knowledge of Office 356.
  • Keen eye for detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, well organised and excellent communication skills.
