Were looking for a Programme Lead to provide comprehensive technical expertise to support the management of all Imaging Network related matters to support various programmes as detailed below.Role:Programme LeadLocation: East AngliaStart:ASAPRate:£NegotiableDuration: 22 monthsSkills & Deliverables: PACS and VNA Re-procurement which will include SOC, OBC, FBC & full procurement tender of a multiple organizational implementation Digital transformational elements and Specifications of the DAC Interoperability FBC including, but not limited to, running a full tender to procure the interoperability platform & services via an agreed procurement route Detailed knowledge and skills to advise on all PACS related matters including but not limited to PACS/VNA re-procurement, DAC related Interoperability Specifications and procurement matters, including supporting the Imaging Network and Digital Strategy Support a collaborative programme and achieve consensus across all key stakeholders spanning multiple organisations Advise on tender and effective negotiations with successful bidders for the RIS Interoperability Solution, Archive solutions and new PACS Design and Application with a Regional shared Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) Provide technical expertise related to the creation of and aid in decision-making of Strategic Outline Case, Outline Business case (OBC), Output based specification (OBS), Full Business case (FBC) and route to market for PACS re-procurement and DAC InteroperabilityProcurement, with minimal service disruption to ongoing services Support the programme level co-ordination of Clinical PACS re-procurement and DAC tender across multiple organisations with agreed imaging network workflows and servicesIf you are interested to know more about this programme of work, please reply with your CV ASAP and I will be in touch to discuss in more detail.
