Job Description

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual seeking a new challenge to work for a market leading Wound Care company!Our client is seeking a Product Specialist to manage accounts in the East of England, mainly Doncaster, Hull and Norfolk.You will promote their portfolio of Advanced Wound Care and Compression products to a range of Nurse specialists in both Primary and Secondary Care.Full package information available upon application - Please contact our team for details (Industry average salary guide for role type: £36K - £43K).Ideal Requirement for the Product Specialist

  • Experience within Wound Care is preferred, but not essential
  • A great track record of sales and understanding of the sales process within the healthcare industry
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Ability to analyse sales data and interpret into strategic sales plans
Role Responsibilities for the Product Specialist
  • Development of Business Plans in order to optimise Account growth
  • Ensure the annual sales and market share targets for the brand portfolio are met, demonstrating effective sales strategies
  • Attain agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, emphasising the proficient use of the CRM system for efficient customer relationship management
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the companys products, policies, and objectives, ensuring comprehensive knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Provide customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills, aiming to build positive and enduring customer relationships
