Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Manager to be a part of our Commercial Pricing Digital Team, to manage the development and implementation of technical and street pricing strategies for digitally traded Commercial SME products.This is a phenomenal opportunity to work with award winning commercial products to drive and influence growth and profits. Working within a team of pricing experts, you will be responsible for delivering correct technical and street pricing on commerciallines of business and for developing and enhancing the analytical framework that supports this. If you have experience in pricing Commercial SME or Personal lines products and have directly managed or mentored junior colleagues, we would love to hear fromyou!A bit about the job:As a Pricing Manger, you will coach, support and develop a team to ensure wellbeing and intelligently achieving appropriate outcomes. Along with working closely with colleagues from across the business to identify the right opportunities to achieve profitablegrowth and deliver the right outcomes for our customers.Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Lead others with focus on people development/building capability
  • Experience of effective stakeholder engagement and management
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload with business objectives
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a smart manner and as part of a team

  • Salary between £45,000 - £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
