As Premises Manager you will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the site in Norwich.Main tasks and responsibilities include:Completing all scheduled and reactive Maintenance tasks.Grounds maintenance tasks such as hedge trimming, strimming, grass cutting, weed spraying, leaf blowing, weeding, sweeping hard standings, litter picking.Carry out security/housekeeping checks of the complex and car parks as necessary, ensuring that car parks are reserved as necessary for meetings/external bookings as requested by organiser.Check and report to the Line Manager any defects to Buildings.Inspect all Portable Electrical Appliances, hand tools, and safety equipment used by Premises Officers at 3 monthly intervals and ensure any defects in accordance with current safety policy procedures and rules are reported to Contract Support.All statutory checks must be adhered to, e.g. emergency phone testing, fire alarm testing.Carry out quality control inspections.Any other Ad-Hoc duties that may apply to your position as the Premises Officer.Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
