Full Time/PermJob SummaryOur client is looking for a PPC Lead.You will have ultimate responsibility for the client and internal Google Ads campaigns managed by you and colleagues who may assist with PPC. Owning the PPC function from end-to-end, you will audit accounts, create strategies,forecast results, manage the technical setup, create and monitor campaigns, and report on performance.With the support of ecommerce designers and developers, youll also be responsible for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) activities to improve conversion rate for traffic from paid and organic sourcesBenefits Partial hybrid or remote working opportunities 25 days holiday annuallyplus bank holidays A range of holiday incentive schemes, including increases with length of service An early finish every Friday Free breakfast in the office on Fridays Gym Membership contribution scheme Free parking at our officeResponsibilities includeGoogle Ads:- Creating quarterly and monthly strategies with clear objectives and costs, according to clients goals- Keyword research and forecasting to recommend starting budgets and set client expectations- Using Googles tools to forecast campaign performance and adjust strategy according to clients goals- Setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns to a high standard- Testing different strategies to improve performance without harming ROI- writing engaging copy that aligns with keyword targeting and landing page copy- Managing the technical setup required for PPC (conversion tracking codes and tags, product feeds) and monitoring them to ensure smooth running and accurate tracking- Troubleshooting on Google Merchant Centre (timely identification and resolution of problems with clients product feeds)- Managing budgets (pacing) on a quarterly and monthly basisConversion rate optimisation (CRO)- Using Google Analytics (UA and GA4) to understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve performance for traffic from all channels- Creating CRO strategies for clients and leading the CRO projectExperience RequiredYou must have a proven track record of- managing successful Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, at least as recently as Jan2022- managing budgets of minimum £5,000 per month+- creating Google Ads strategies (as opposed to executing a strategy created by a manager or colleague)Skills/qualities- Google Ads management for ecommerce to a high standard- Ecommerce PPC strategy development and execution- knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation- strong ability to analyse data trends and make data-driven decisions- a good understanding of how PPC fits in to the wider area of digital marketing- understanding of tracking codes, tags, retargeting codes, product feeds and other technical elements of PPC- the ability to communicate information effectively to a range of audiences- in-depth understanding of automated bidding strategies, including how to deploy CPA and ROAS targets so that you are confident testing different strategies to achieve clients goals- Skilled in managing budgets (pacing) for maximum ROI in a given time period- Confident using Google Analytics (UA and GA4please click APPLY today.
