Were excited to partner with them to find a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead their team.What Youll Do:* Powering Production: As the Plant Manager, youll be in control of overseeing the manufacturing facility, ensuring it operates efficiently.* People Power: Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled team of professionals, creating a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.* Production Prodigy: Develop and execute production plans that meet client needs while optimizing resources and minimising downtime.* Quality Crusader: Ensure that every product leaving the facility meets or surpasses industry standards and client specifications.* Safety Sentinel: Safety is a top priority; youll ensure the team works in a secure environment.* Budget Boss: Keep an eye on the numbers, finding ways to trim costs without compromising quality or safety.* Supplier Superstar: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to keep the production process flowing smoothly.* Innovation Initiator: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and increased efficiency.Your Qualifications:* Engineering Enthusiast: A Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields.
