Personnel & Logistics Co-ordinatorTechnique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Norfolk. We are working with our client who work within international marine geoscience and offshore construction support operating primarily in the energy, infrastructure,and utilities markets. The role of Crewing and Logistics Co-ordinator is to support the project teams and Senior Personnel and Logistics Co-ordinator in ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills and experience, in the right location, at theright time, to mobilise and execute projects to both company and clients expectations. You will work with external travel providers to provide the most effective travel and accommodation solution for the business.Role Objective- Keep Abreast of current legislation and travel restrictions and health alerts. - Working with third party suppliers arrange cost effective transport, including flights, taxi, hire cars, to ensure staff are able to mobilise on time. - Where necessary arrange cost effective accommodation for personnel pre or post mobilisation. - Where necessary support the business in applying for appropriate Visas. - Ensure candidates, including contractors and staff, have the appropriate and up to date certificates, qualifications and documentation to ensure a seamless project from mobilisation to demobilisation - Working with Senior Personnel and Logistics Co-ordinator support the sourcing of appropriate staff/freelancers to mobilise on company projects. - Where possible ensure travel and accommodation is as cost effective as possible. Desired Experience/QualificationsExperience working in an international company within a multi-cultural environmentWorking in a role with changing priorities.
