Job Description

Are you a results-driven digital marketing enthusiast with a knack for optimising performance across paid media channels and strategic partnerships Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, using data and creativity to drive growth If so, we have the perfectopportunity for you as a Performance Marketing Manager!Key Responsibilities:To drive the maximum number of quality leads into the business primarily via Paid Search but also through Paid Social, Display/Programmatic and third party Partnerships. Your core responsibilities will include:

  1. 1. Strategic leadership and management of all digital performance marketing channels for a national market leading company with laser focus on ROI.
  2. Paid Media Optimisation: Manage a diverse range of biddable accounts, platforms (e.g. Google, Bing and Meta) and campaign types (e.g. Search, Pmax, Demand Gen, Paid Social).
  3. Digital agency and supplier management from tech providers, partners/affiliates and key media owners including Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads
  4. Monthly and annual forecasting – service the business with in-depth performance analysis, visualised dashboards, and present actionable insights to drive informed decision-making across all paid media marketing efforts.
  5. Budget Management: Manage an eight figure budgets efficiently across all paid media channels including partnerships/affiliates to meet agreed monthly/annual KPIs and ROI targets.
  6. Team Collaboration: Line manage two direct reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance-driven results across paid media and partnerships.
  • Expert user in Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Display Video 360) and other martech including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Bot Management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
