Following a re-organisation to support this, our Optimisation Team, who focus on driving efficiencies, are recruiting.What will you be doing We have an exciting opportunity to join Anglian Water as a Performance Insight Analyst. Youll be responsible for driving insight into our system performance and developing a deep understanding of how and why our systems perform in the way that they do.Youll also be responsible for creating bespoke data visualisation tools and geospatial solutions to enable us to understand system performance and event management, so we can further deepen our system performance insight.An important part of the role will be engaging with colleagues across the business to support and drive the performance analytics and to validate findings. This will be achieved by:Taking an active part of the Analytics community.Building productive relationships with operation colleagues and subject matter experts to understanding and explore individual hypothesis and to validate analytical findings.Build close working relationships with Asset Intelligence to share knowledge and techniques.What do you needAs the Performance Insight analyst, a passion for Data Visualisation and storytelling is crucial. The ability to interpret and manipulate complex data and identify its significance is essential. Youll also need a strong technical knowledge of analysis,geospatial information and modelling tools.Experience with FME, SQL, Python, Databricks is desirable but not essential for this role.We need someone who is a self-starter and a logical thinker, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
