Job Description

NXTGEN Recruitment are pleased to be working in exclusive partnership with a business based in Norwich who seek a payroll administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for running the end-to-end payrollwithin the business and for group. This is an integral role to the business and one where you will be in sole charge of the payroll function.The business has done very well over the last 24 months meaning they continue to grow. The role has scope to grow further with the possibility of future recruitment needed within the payroll team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking tobe in charge of a full payroll function.Duties of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Processing monthly payroll end to end for circa 275 employees
  • Processing workplace pension scheme
  • Processing benefits in kind and producing P11Ds
  • Processing financial year end and producing P60s
  • Managing and implementing national minimum wage and national living wage increases
  • Producing statutory letters for maternity/paternity/pay increases etc
  • Providing information and answering employee queries with regards to payroll
  • Assisting the Group HR Manager in maintaining concise and accurate HR personnel files
  • Some basic accounting work eg. payroll journals and reconciliations
  • other HR and accounting duties
You will come with experience in running end to end payroll and will have worked in a similar size environment with a similar size payroll run. You will be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of end to end, p11ds, p60s and autoenrollment. Apply today.
