Job Description

Parts Advisor ~ Regional multi-brand trade hubAn award-winning family-own retailerCompetitive salary + bonus This a rare opportunity to join a well-respected group covering East Anglia. The group is proud to remain privately owned, meaning it can focus on its primary objective of providing great customer service.Working Hours:£28,000 + Other Benefits ~ 8.00 am - 5.00 pm 5 days per week + Saturday rota Responsibilities:

  • To provide an accurate and professional parts sales and identification service using a variety of electronic systems. (full training supplied).
  • To maintain a professional appearance and always portray a can-do attitude.
  • To adhere to and be mindful of at all times the O.E.M. standards.
  • Checking off and taking in stock from the O.E.M. supplier.
  • Attending to Trade & Retail Customers inquiries
  • Ordering & Returning Stock
  • Housing Keeping in the dept
  • Manage with complete accuracy the warranty and exchange parts to ensure there is no financial loss to the company
