Job Description

Are you a dedicated and results-driven digital marketing professional searching for the next step in your career We are currently seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute your expertiseto our dynamic organisation and shape our online presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, forecast, execute, and optimise performance-focused paid media campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, SA360, Facebook, Instagram. Also manage our internally run Partnership (affiliates)program. Maintain strict budget management and provide insights and reporting based on market trends and other key performance indicators.
  • Line management: Effectively line manage, educate and lead two high performing direct reports to achieve overall department and business objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Delve into analytics and the why to identify trends, ROI opportunities, and areas for optimisation. Make data-driven decisions to maximize the effectiveness of our return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing, automation and machine learning trends. Implement cutting-edge strategies to improve our brands online visibility and achieve outstanding results.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with key external partners such as Google, Microsoft and Facebook. Work with cross-functional internal teams including web development, CRO, creative and other marketing, search and tech specialists,to seamlessly integrate paid media campaigns into our overall marketing strategy.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Define and refine target audiences to optimize campaign performance and ensure that our marketing efforts resonate with the right demographic.
  • Ad Copy and Creative Development: use the latest AI tools available to develop and optimise ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to create visually appealing content that engages and converts our target audience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms and a willingness to want to follow utilise and optimise offline customer data, Performance Max and Value Based Bidding to drive incremental revenue.
  • Proficiency with martech platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 and other similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
