Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an PA To Director & Financial Planning Administrator to work within a highly successful Wealth Management firm.This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a Career within an established business. The role requires an individual who can work within a fast-paced environment, adapt to industry changes and someone who canadjust to various daily deadlines.Working as part of a busy and friendly team the successful candidate will be responsible for:Main responsibilities are:

  • Direct PA Support to an experienced and successful Financial Planner / Director
  • Diary management including booking appointments.
  • Answering general queries and requests from clients over the phone and by email.
  • Obtaining specific information from providers at the request of the adviser.
  • Completing portfolio review reports and document packs.
  • Submitting new business and processing fund switches, following through until completion.
  • To be a point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business
  • Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with the management of the IFAs portfolio of existing business
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience within a Financial Planning firm
  • Knowledge of Pensions, Investments and Protection
  • Professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients
  • Professional qualifications are desirable
