Job SummaryOur client is looking for an experienced Outbound Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that promote their media businesss products and services. Identify target audiences and segment them based on their interests and behaviours. Create engaging email content that speaks to our target audiences and drives engagement and conversion. Build and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with local and international email marketing regulations. Test and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Track and analyse campaign performance, generating reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up to date with email marketing trends and best practices and share insights with the wider marketing team.Requirements Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an Outbound Email Marketing Manager, ideally in the media industry. Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency with email marketing tools and platforms, such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar. Experience with email marketing analytics tools and techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
