Job Description

A luxury brand of holiday rental parks, is seeking an experienced Operations Account Manager to be the bridge between the head office, the brand and the parks, who is driven to continually improve performance! Ideally you will have General Management experienceof a multi-site holiday parks or hotels and be keen to use your skills for an established brand who has ambitious growth plans for the UK. This role covers parks nationally and whilst it is home-based you will need to be able to regularly join the team inNorwich. Starting salary is circa £40k - £60k dependent on experience, with an extensive benefits package and good long term career prospects.

  • Working for a leading luxury holiday brand for parks in Europe, which cater for every holiday experience and range from smaller intimate parks and larger sites. They aim to give the perfect balance between getting away from it all, back to nature, but enjoyinglifes luxury. This is a brand that is passionate about the environment and is focussed on being a sustainable holiday
  • As the Operations Account Manager for the UK you will have a portfolio of 9 park resorts, that will continue to grow and youll be the lynchpin that connects the company with resort managers and owners
  • It will be your role to build fantastic working relationships that perform on a strategic level, ensuring that services operate to a high standard, and taking accountability if we fall short of those standards.
  • Youll focus on adding genuine value to the resorts when it comes to operations, advising on ways for them to enhance the guest experience, improve efficiency and maximise revenue, all whilst looking for ways that we can innovate.
  • This role is highly operational, so youll support Resort Managers and Owners when it comes to financials and marketing to name just a couple of things, whilst making sure that our accounts get the utmost value out of their relationship, leading to optimisedrevenue.
  • Youll be highly analytical, able to report on - and interpret - results across all internal departments. This is key to making sure our Resorts receive accurate and timely information on performance, whilst ensuring that budgets and targets are on track.
  • Youll be an advocate of the brand and your resorts, championing these both internally and externally to shout about our latest developments.
  • Youll be someone who prides themself on their stakeholder management skills; youll be working with a variety of stakeholders, so managing conflicting personalities, viewpoints and priorities will be key.
  • All of this is underpinned by an entrepreneurial mindset; this role will give you the freedom to find better ways of working and to enhance our offering, concepts and policies. Its not for the faint of heart, but its a lot of fun!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:The successful candidate will have previous experience within Hotels or Resorts in an operational management role or similar. Youll be commercially focused, highly organised with a positive and flexible approach. The resorts dont operate on a Monday toFriday, 9am to 5pm basis, so youll be expected to be adaptable, too. Youll be passionate about travel and, in particular, UK holidays. This is a national role, but with regular travel to Norwich.THE PACKAGE:Salary is dependent on experience, but in the region of £40k - £60k pa and great benefits are available; as this company are were about holidays, they offer some great travel discounts.
