Job Description

Hayley Group Limited is offering an exciting position in Onsite Support, working on behalf of their branch in Norwich.Job Title: Onsite SupportLocation: Hayley Norwich - Fakenham areaWorking Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (Additional working hours may be required)As Onsite Support, you will be working at our customers site and acting as a complementary resource to their operations. This role will allow you to develop a great working relationship with our customers on site, by placing and progressing orders, assistingwith requests, delivering products across the site, stock checking clients inventory and liaising with suppliers.Other duties may include:- Inputting daily orders and issues onto the stores system, providing daily and weekly status reports as required.- Working with suppliers to source parts at the best price.- Evaluate stock levels to determine the maximum/minimum required.- Assisting with driving duties, including collections and deliveries.- Providing efficient inventory management.- Monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators.- Fulfilment and maintenance of vending solutions.- Assistance with the delivery of our contract and service terms in liaison with the branch team, technical specialists and account managers.- Monitoring of stock levels, profiles, logistics and housekeeping.The ideal candidate will have following key skills:- Experience of stock management and familiar with inventory systems.- Good professional standard of communication skills, both verbally and written.- Able to work independently.- Dependable and able to manage time effectively.- Flexible and able to multi-task - willing to undertake additional tasks in order to meet customer requirements.Full training for the role will provided.The successful candidate will receive the following benefits:- Competitive salary- From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) increased with length of service- Company pension (if eligible)- Death in Service cover- Invitation to Paycare scheme- Prescription eyewear if required- Wellness programmes- Cycle-to-Work scheme- PPE and workwear included- Excellent opportunities availableHayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the United Kingdom.
