Interaction Recruitment Norwich are pleased to be working with a fantastic client based in Norwich City Centre who are looking for an Office Coordinator / Trade counter person to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background and be confident in the following duties Good organisation skills An eye for detail Excellent customer service skills Competent in excel and outlook Self-motivated. Confident and assertive with customers and suppliers The role Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquires Arranging locksmith appointments Processing customer orders received by phone, email, or fax Producing quotations for customers Chasing quotes and getting feedback Invoicing locksmith jobs Looking after the locksmith database and ensuring it is up to date Monthly reporting Back up for serving on the counter Whilst experience is preferred, full training will be given for the right candidate.Salary£19,750pa HoursMonday- Friday 8am -5.00pm.
