Job Description

R13 Recruitment are partnering with a highly successful organisation, who are looking for an Office Administrator to provide essential support in their head office. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including reporting, data processing and ensuring the efficiency of the daily operations.Based in Norwich, this is a full time, temp to perm position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm and is offering £11.79 per hour.The companyThis National company have seen massive success across the UK, and pride themselves on their exceptional service and wide range of forward-thinking services.   • Creating and processing accurate reports with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensuring the internal system is updated and the information is correctly stored.
  • Working between departments, providing essential administrative support.
  • Processing purchase orders, and issuing client quotes.
You will have/be
  • Previous administration experience, including use of Microsoft Office Platforms and PDF.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
