Norwegian Speaking Administrator/Customer Support£25,000 + Fantastic benfits and bonus schemeJob summaryOue client, one of Britains Top Employers in financial services, offer opportunities for you to challenge and develop yourself in a company that looks after our colleagues, customers, and communities.You will be responsible for completing administration tasks to a high standard and in line with service agreements, procedures, and daily trading deadline. You will also be responsible for assisting and enabling company operations and effective service toour customers whilst being focussed on developing, implementing, and sharing best practices within your working environment.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and fulfilling incoming customer phone calls and written requests.
  • Checking understanding of customer requests and taking personal responsibility for ensuring that all needs are understood and that all elements will be met first time, accurately - in line with our "One and Done, Right First Time" philosophy
  • Carry out checking and random sampling as required, providing constructive feedback to individuals on error and provide support to reduce errors.
  • Reporting of Risks/Breaches through the appropriate escalation routes
  • To complete all tasks in line with service standards, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Key skills/experience required:
  • Fluent in written and verbal Norwegian / Swedish
  • Strong IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and telephony skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
