Your base location will either be Stanway, Sproughton, Isleham, Kings Lynn or Heigham (depending on your location) all Anglian Water sites.Discover the team where you will make a difference!We are currently looking for a number of Network Engineering Support Managers across our region to join the team on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.The locations are of these roles will cover the East of our region, we are looking for someone to be based in each network management area; the locations are Heigham, Colchester or Ipswich, Kings Lynn or Isleham.You will enable the delivery of the strategy derived by the Leakage team, to ensure repairs, installations and runtimes are minimised. Ensuring efficient delivery and implementation of optimisation solutions and resolution of network configuration solutions.The key functions of this role are to drive and facilitate delivery of strategic activities, maintenance and enhancements to the Distribution System and delegated management of business-critical activities.Improve the customer experience for water service interactions by defining requirements, implementation of initiatives and informing our strategy. Striving for a zero-impact approach to intrusive distribution works. You will use your skills to influence a culture of prevention and planning to reduce reactive work.Contribute to the management of the delivery of strategy derived by the Leakage team, to ensure repairs and runtimes are minimised. Ensuring efficient delivery and implementation of optimisation solutions and resolution of network configuration solutions.Networks are the custodians of the distribution network, you will have delegated responsibility for ensuring all intrusive activities are approved and signed off before commencement, and that designs are suitable for future operational needs.Drive and Influence capital investments through area investment and major capital delivery routes to meet our determination, deliver network resilience and contribute to effective promotion of schemes.Ensure that assets are being proactively managed in a manner which minimises operational risk including identifying and resolving configuration issues and ensuring critical assets are inspected and tested and functioning for when they are needed.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:
