Job Description

You will be supporting the Adults in becoming independent in preparation for their transition back to the community. This will be by supportingthem in day to day skills including cooking, cleaning, money management etc.For this role you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to create and participate in activities
  • De-escalation skills
  • Show empathy and patience
  • To be adaptable to changing situations
  • To always have safeguarding in mind and know what to do if you have a concern
  • To have great social skills
Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering person centered care
  • Providing support with personal grooming and room tidies
  • Supporting with daily living skills
  • Assisting with educational groups
  • Documenting of care notes / any incidents
  • Auditing security & safety systems
  • Key worker responsibilities
  • Hospital cleaning including laundry
