We provide a friendly and relaxing working environment across all departments and the successful candidatefor any of our current vacancies will soon feel right at home.About the role:We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and creative Marketing Manager to join our team and be part of the next steps in our exciting journey.This role will report in to the Senior Leadership Team and will also support, guide and manage our internal marketing team. One of the key elements to this role is to ensure the smooth running and the effective delivery of all day to day marketing operations,as well as being the originator of ideas and projects to push the team forward.The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead the team and ensure the smooth running of our marketing operations across all our paid and unpaid channels
  • Develop marketing strategies and create short- and long-term plans to increase brand reach
  • Report to senior management on progress using tools such as GoogleAnalytics and Search Console
  • Manage our PPC (pay-per-click) accounts and ensure we meet our targets for content output
  • Identify and prepare for relevant events and support the team in attendance
  • Manage and prioritise incoming design and marketing requests
  • Find new ways of building our brand
About the person:To be a successful candidate for this role you will need to be results-driven, commercially aware and be able to demonstrate your previous marketing experience as well as your management style. You will need to be proactive and have a collaborative approachalong with the ability to communicate clearly, (both verbally and written), and positively influence and guide others at all levels.Ideally you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
  • Marketing degree, other relevant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of running a marketing team, managing and coaching junior members of staff
  • Clear understanding of PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Full of ideas, lots of creativity
  • A strategic thinker able to plan for the long term
  • Personable and able to work well with others throughout the company
