Job Description

ADMISSIONS, RECRUITMENT AND MARKETING SERVICEMARKETING DEPARTMENTMarketing Insights & Analytics OfficerRef: SC4320£27,929 to £34,308 per annumAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Insights & Analytics Officerto join the UEAs busy Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division.In this role, you will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the UEA web analytics infrastructure, delivering strategic direction relating to campaign insight on all allocated projects, including CRM and wider website optimisationactivity.You will work with other members of the Marketing team and manage existing requests, reporting and campaigns to ensure successful delivery and demonstrable results.You will have:

  • Significant experience of working in an equivalent digital marketing role managing web analytics packages/infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in the delivery of an SEO strategy.
  • Experience of delivering and developing a social marketing strategy
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, GTM, Optimize, Hotjar, Search console, SEO tools such as Moz, Semrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience of working effectively with stakeholders, external bodies and organisations.
