Mirafit is a leader in the gym equipment industry, specializing in both home and commercial fitness solutions. As we continue to expand internationally and enhance our product offerings, we are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketinginitiatives and drive our brand forward.As Marketing Director, you will spearhead our marketing department, focusing on developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and engage our customer base. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial rolein aligning our marketing initiatives with our business objectives.The position is based at our HQ in Norwich. We are happy to assist with relocation where required.Key Responsibilities include:• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.• Manage and oversee the marketing team, setting clear objectives and KPIs aligned with the companys goals.• Hiring and team development.• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Product Team to integrate marketing strategies with sales and product development efforts.• Analyse market trends and customer insights to adjust strategies as needed.• Manage key relationships.• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.• Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.• Report on marketing campaign performance and strategic outcomesQualifications:• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing leadership roles• Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution at a senior level• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills• A background in ecommerce and consumer goods is preferred• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Please apply with CV and covering letterRequired skills
