Job Description

R13 recruitment are supporting a reputable financial services organisation in their search for a Marketing Assistant. Within this role you will support the marketing function of the business by assisting in the development and implementation of effectivemarketing plans and strategies.The suitable candidate will be someone with good previous experience in a marketing focused position with strong communication skills and a creative approach that will allow you to deliver exciting campaigns.This is a great chance to work for a market leading business, who truly care for their clients and value the strength of all their teams in ensuring everyone who works with them have an excellent experience.Duties to include:

  • Utilising marketing analytics tools in order to report on social media and online activity.
  • Reviewing marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other analytic tools to report to senior management.
  • Copywriting for online communications to enhance companys brand.
  • Designing and publishing content on the company website and social media channels.
  • Continually ensuring the companys brand is consistently applied across all platforms.
  • Attending and assisting with the delivery of client and promotional events.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the marketing departments activity.
  • Processing marketing correspondence.
You will have/be:
  • Previous experience in a marketing driven role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with relevant marketing software and online tools such as CRM tools, Analytics tools, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite etc..
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational & prioritising skills.
  • A highly creative individual.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment as well as independently.
  • Positive, energetic, supportive and friendly, overall a good team player.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The offered salary for this position is up to £23,000 dependant on experience.
