Exciting opportunity to join an awarding company based in Norwich city centre.Our client is looking for a full-time Business Operations Executive in the UK.This is an administrative role supporting the Senior Channel Managers who manage the day-to-day performance of a number of products on their website platform.You will be responsible for day-to-day account administration & analysis of commercial performance to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth.An analytical mind and problem-solving skills are a must; you should have good documentation skills and possess the ability to converse well with others.To be a successful Product Executive and thrive in their culture, you must: Be at ease with constructive feedback Work with equal enthusiasm whether you’re leading a task or working within a team Be able to give constructive feedback, work through competing viewpoints and handle challenging conversations effectively Collaborate well with key business stakeholdersWhere you can make an impact:Support the Senior Channel Managers in the daily management of Advertisers, your responsibilities will include: Weekly reporting Coordinating with Advertisers to request data Update Google Analytics metrics Creating & filing insertion orders Due diligence requests & on site auditingYou are someone who: Should be naturally analytical and able to crunch data, strong excel skills essential Be a strong communicator, with clients or colleagues alike Is process driven Excels at time management, prioritisation and handling multiple tasks at once Possesses high attention to detailYour Experience: 2-3+ years of administrative experience Ability to manage multiple workflows with a high level of accuracy Experience working at a start-up or rapidly-growing company preferred Strong computer skills (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Excel) Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskWhats in it for youThis is a full time role offering an attractive salary from £23,000 to £25,000 with excellent company benefits.InterestedPlease kindly call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to
