Job Description

Marketing AnalystGaming CompanyRemote - Upto £55K Do you want to join one of the UKs leading Games Studios, famous for developing a leading video game played by millions of users worldwideWith a passion for creating and developing the most engaging and immersive experiences within the gaming industry. Theyre looking for a Marketing Analyst to deliver guidance across multiple development capabilities to impact the direction of the product lineand company. As a Marketing Analyst you will be at the centre of growth within the studio! Passionate about analysing market and users to shape future development.Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable market and player insights to address key strategic & tactical questions
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Analyse external and internal player data using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools
  • Grow relationships across the studio to promote a data-driven partnership
  • Lead marketing insights projects that guide decisions on marketing roadmaps, using a variety of data sources.
  • Present analysis conclusions to business stakeholders in a clear and practical way.
Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
  • Experience in marketing data and statistical analysis
  • Working skill in SQL and a statistics language (e.g., Python or R)
  • Experience with dash-boarding software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Dundas)
  • Experience automating data processes to minimize manual effort
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Crafting a clear message for your audience using complex ideas and insights in a simple to understand manner.
