1. Ensure all drivers are attended to when Goods In personnel are unavailable.2. Assist with the loading and unloading of lorries, containers etc. as necessary.3. To assist with the receiving of all incoming deliveries in accordance with specified procedures. This includes palletised materials, parcels, letters, maintenance machinery/tools and consumables.4. To correctly report all delivery complaints using the complaints database, ensuring all information, paperwork and photographic evidence are provided.Stores5. To support the efficient operation of the consumable stores.6. To follow sampling and check weighing procedures for Material Colours and Raw Materials.7. Accurately transfer stock in to the warehouse locations ensuring accuracy in JDE.8. Maintain the highest level of stock accuracy, performing periodic cycle counts.9. Assist with dispensary duties for the MTO and BCM departments, including batching up of all blends, packing and small packing schedules.Despatch10. Help to prepare goods for dispatch in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that they are packed and labelled correctly (adhering to special instructions as required), ensuring that shipments are packed and palletized in such a way as to allow safe transport.11. Ensure that all labelling and pick list information correspond correctly.12.
