Job Description

R13 are currently working in partnership with a renowned training and education provider in order to recruit a Leadership & Management Trainer to join their team in Norwich. Within this role you will be planning and delivering relevant training sessions to both individuals and businesses and supporting learning to reach their training goals.With your support and guidance, you will be providing aspiring professionals with the key skills they need in order to succeed in their careers and your work will have a massive positive impact on their futures.Your duties will include:

  • Providing training sessions in the following areas: Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading, Leadership & Management and ILM Qualifications.
  • Planning and delivering skills training and workshops with detailed course schedules and lesson plans.
  • Accurately assessing and marking assignments/examinations for various qualifications.
  • Monitoring learn progress and providing feedback/advice to help learns meet targets.
  • Signing off qualifications when all requirements have been met.
  • Researching and developing new learning materials, topics and courses.
  • Providing additional support to learners where necessary.
  • Teaching across an online learning platform.
  • Ensuring all training is in compliance with awarding bodies.
    • You will have/be:
  • Previous industry experience in one or more of the following sectors: Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading, Leadership & Management
  • A teaching qualification at level 3 or other relevant training qualifications.
  • Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and can prioritise own workload.
  • Able to work to own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to build good rapport with students and support their learning.
    • **You will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB check for this position**The salary offered is up to £32,000 dependant on experience.
