Excellent opportunity on offer for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a fast-paced production company that will provide excellent training and a clear pathway of progression.Are you an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer Do you have experience of Maintenance work in a Manufacturing or Production EnvironmentEstablished over 100 years ago, this company are a leading producer and processor for the agricultural industry. They are looking to heavily increase their maintenance capabilities and so need a new Maintenance Engineer.In this role you will be responsible for reactive and increasingly planned maintenance of the production facility in the Norwich area. This will involve breakdown repairs and replacements of motors, gearboxes, conveyors etc. As a Lead Engineer you will alsohave a clear pathway to step up and handle larger on-site projects, oversee team operations and implement continuous improvements.The ideal candidate will be an Electrically-biased Maintenance Engineer with experience working in a fast-paced production environment.The Role:* Planned and reactive maintenance of factory and silo machinery * Getting involved with Continuous Improvements work across site * Clear progression opportunities * 3-Shift pattern 40 hours/week.
