Our customers remain at the heart of everything they do.We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Lead Content Producer to lead their small content team and drive forward a wide variety of projects and campaigns. You’ll need to be highly imaginative, passionate and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.The four key functions of the post are to:Have overall responsibility for our video content strategy across multiple platforms, including quality checks and audience knowledge.Lead our content team to create bespoke, high-quality content and act as one of the faces of the business’ to create interesting educational and inspiring content for our YouTube channel as well as product releases, social media, promotional films, website and moreCoordinate pre-production and post-production work for the business or third parties, including locations and budget to meet our business objectives on large projects.Have responsibility for organization and coordination of production shoots with the team or third parties.This position will suit a highly creative individual who has a genuine love of film and possesses a high level of understanding of film theory and practical techniques. They must have adept editing, VFX and design skills.Togetherwith your team, you’ll push the software to its limits to help us develop our product in new and exciting ways. You’ll support our users in the best possible way by sharing your theoretical filmmaking knowledge and practical filmmaking skills.Working alongside our visual effects team youll produce educational and technical content for multiple channels including our own website, YouTube channel, Facebook and Instagram.This is a role that will suit someone who possesses a great on-screen presence and will enjoy interacting with our community by populating social media with authentic content and advice including educational how-to’ tutorials.As Lead Content Producer you’ll work with suppliers and contractors for large projects and campaigns for both film and photography-related content. You’ll take on a lead producer role on film sets, ensuring time-efficiency and high quality, as well as coordinating post production work with the internal team and third parties.Application processfull C.V., covering letter.
