Job Description

Are you a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor with a passion for property and a commitment to providing the highest level of serviceIf so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a local market-leading RICS property agent specializingin office, retail, and industrial property management. In this role, youll be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of surveying services to a broad spectrum ofclients, including:

  • Lease negotiations
  • Rent reviews
  • Dilapidations
  • Property inspections
  • Condition surveys
Youll also be involved in developing and implementing property management strategies, and advising clients on the best way to manage their assets. This is a long-term career opportunity, and were looking for someone who is committed to building a successfulfuture with our client.To be successful in this role, youll need to be a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with at least 3 years experience in landlord and tenant surveying.
